I used Horizon Funerals in Caboolture. The funeral on the day was exactly how we wanted it. The price was very reasonable compared to other burial services. I am giving 4 stars though due to the lack of communication, saying they will call or email and then didn't, leaving me to follow up and adding more stress in those first days after my loved one's passing. Also, we had the livestream included for family overseas and they were frustrated that the livestream was not converted to outside the chapel until near the end, missing most of the goodbyes to family. In saying that, Alexander on the day was so respectful and kind. He asked me questions about what I needed and kept me informed of what would happen. He did an amazing job and for that I am really grateful.

Horizon Funerals We have used Horizon Funerals on two sad occasions. We found Ian Brownlie and his staff to be Professional, helpful and compassionate . The price was very reasonable. We made several last minute changes to the service order and the order booklet . Because they do the printing themselves there was no problem having photos changed and the service order changed, all done without hesitation and a smile.
